Our platform focuses on enabling seamless retail experiences and empowering local sellers/merchants to thrive in the digital marketplace. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and play a vital role in expanding our seller base and promoting the adoption of our innovative e-commerce platform. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, technology, and fostering local business growth. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms or retail industry dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with regional markets in and around Udaipur.
- Identify, reach out, and onboard local sellers/merchants onto the platform.
- Provide sellers with a clear understanding of the platform’s features and benefits.
- Assist sellers during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers and merchants in the retail category.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers for queries, concerns, and updates.
- Research and identify potential sellers/merchants in the assigned regions.
- Generate leads through local visits, cold calls, or other direct outreach methods.
- Understand the seller's business requirements and tailor onboarding discussions accordingly.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to optimize the onboarding and engagement processes.
- Provide training sessions to sellers on how to effectively use the platform.
- Support sellers in uploading their product catalogs and managing their storefronts.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet sellers/merchants in person.
- Travel to nearby cities and states as required to expand the seller base.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and onboarding progress.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on seller insights, market challenges, and opportunities.
