Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Radiology Doctor with a Doctorate in Medicine (MD or equivalent) to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional committed to providing excellent radiology services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities - Deliver efficient, effective, and professional radiology services, including conducting and reporting on general radiology, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and special procedures. - Provide timely and detailed professional reports while ensuring high standards of radiological diagnosis. - Educate and guide patients through radiological examinations, addressing their concerns to ensure cooperation and reduce anxiety. - Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with radiographic technicians and medical colleagues to ensure quality patient care. - Coordinate with referring medical staff to guarantee cost-effective and appropriate investigations. - Maintain updated records, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, and ensure compliance with department policies and protocols. - Participate in the recruitment process, including applicant selection and conducting interviews if needed. - Contribute to the on-the-job training of new employees and provide feedback to the Medical Director. Requirements & Qualification - Doctorate in Medicine (Radiology specialization preferred) Technician-level applications will not be considered. - Proven experience in clinical radiology, with expertise in reporting and performing various radiological examinations. - Strong communication skills and the ability to address gender-related sensitivities during procedures. - Familiarity with patient rights, informed consent policies, and radiology department protocols. - A commitment to teamwork, high clinical performance standards, and continuous professional development. - Experience in following radiology department policies for data retrieval, record keeping, and reporting.
