Arcus Search have partnered with one of the largest Energy companies within the GCC, and we are searching for a AI & Digital Transformation Director to lead & deliver a series of digital & AI initiatives across the group. More details are below.
Role: AI & Digital Transformation Director
Salary: 80,000 - 120,000 AED / month (DOE)
Location: Abu Dhabi
The role: This positions oversees multiple companies within the group, all of which are going through a series of initiatives centred around AI & Digitalisation. This individual will lead this entire portfolio of work, managing all stakeholders, both internally and on the client side, with the ultimate goal of ensuring successful & timely delivery.
What we're looking for:
- Highly knowledgeable within Energy / Oil & Gas / Mining or similar etc
- Years of experience within the client-side of a Multinational corporation
- Successful delivery of large programmes of work, managing 30+ projects at one given time
- Digitalisation / IT Transformation experience
- Strong stakeholder management, and a strong personality to deal with difficult individuals
- An ability to deliver initiatives at pace
