- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making regarding resource allocation, capital investments, and potential business expansions or contractions.
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting key financial and operational metrics.
- Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to gather, analyze, and interpret financial information for use in decision-making.
- Support the CFO and senior management with in-depth analysis and presentations for board meetings, investor relations, and strategic planning sessions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Manage the implementation and optimization of financial planning and analysis software and tools.
