We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Regional Cash Onboarding -Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Build Mgmt Specialist - C12) based in KL , Malaysia. The Assistant Vice President - Regional Cash Onboarding is a seasoned professional role. It applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows. This role requires good analytical skills, excellent communication, and diplomacy skills. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership roles within teams and is involved in the coaching and training of new recruits. Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of complex deals in line with project management methodology and manage a dedicated client deal portfolio.
- Oversee all client on-boarding activity end-to-end.
- Manage and coordinate the work involved in a complex deal with partners including Sales, Product, Technology, Client Operations, Marketing, Risk and Controls, Legal, and other teams.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the client and internal functional partners, responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain a customized project plan tailored to client requirements.
- Establish an appropriate governance model to deliver client requirements ensuring adherence to defined quality standards.
- Continuously reduce implementation cycle time and minimize deal slippage.
- Effectively manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for the dedicated client portfolio.
- Lead meetings and coordinate activities of cross-organizational implementation teams.
- Manage regular client communication for the portfolio of projects.
- Lead testing and solution validation efforts to ensure the solution meets client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to department initiatives.
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Wide organizational knowledge and cross-functional teamwork experience.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Project Management Certification by a reputable organization (i.e., PMI) is preferred.
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
