Responsibilities
- Identification and implementation of asset management initiatives at property and portfolio level
- Review of potential investment opportunities through detailed analysis and reporting
- General estate management to include insuring properties and dealing with tenant requests
- Preparation of valuations and review and analysis of independent valuations
- Review of potential investment opportunities through detailed analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Third Level qualification in a business-related field
- Qualified or Part Qualified Financial Accountant or Surveyor
- Experience working in an accountancy or property environment
- Demonstrable interest in the Irish Property Sector
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to include asset and portfolio analysis and client communications
