Job Description

Production Plan, organize, lead and control all production areas and support departments in order to achieve Plant Quality, Speed, Cost, and People objectives. Overall lead and drive for those KPIs, improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies. Achievement of main KPIs which are daily volume and scrap. People Responsible for identifying specific training needs for team members and ensuring the development and training of people are carried out via support from HR and SFT. Responsible for applying required disciplinary procedures with subordinates who do not follow company policy and rules, as well as applying PEP for subordinates who are not performing to required standards. Process Analyze and improve all working procedures related to production improvements. Management, coordination, and troubleshooting of activities related to daily output, scrap, rework work-off, and non-conforming components. Introduction of projects related to production improvement, steering, leading, and participating where required. Quality Accept the responsibility and strive for excellence in all work processes and outcomes, honoring organizational policies and all regulatory requirements. Environment, Safety and Health Management System Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety, and health policy, procedures, and regulations issued by the ESH Department. Also, take care of own safety as well as the safety of colleagues within the Plant premises. Ensuring that all Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health management systems conform with requirements of International Standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) by adhering to clauses related to Roles & Responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering/Business field. 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record in accomplishing objectives. Potential to be developed to lead the Plant business operation. Held a leadership position for at least 5 years.
