- Actively promote and sell a diverse range of Bancassurance life insurance products to existing and potential bank customers.
- Provide tailored advice on financial products that align with individual customer needs, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
- Strategically plan and execute sales activities related to Bancassurance products to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of Bancassurance products available in the market to provide informed recommendations and stay competitive.
- Proactively manage and build long-term customer relationships.
- Meet individual sales targets and actively contribute to the overall sales goals of the branch.
- Preferably Diploma or Degree .
- At least 2 years of experience in sales in selling Banca.
- Candidates with any sales experience in the financial/banking industry are welcome to apply.
- Possess PCE, CEILI, or TBE.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
