Sales Associate (In Store)

Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Representative at KOAY Silver Store located in El Sheikh Zaid - Giza. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for interpersonal interactions with customers, showcasing product knowledge, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Job Requirements

• Presentable
• Friendly and confident manner with a pleasant personality
• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Experience in Jewelry is preferable
