Job Title: CSR - Paralegal and Research Specialist
Location: IT Park, Cebu
Job Summary: You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product or service information and will ensure that customers have a positive experience and that their issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and securely.
- Identify applicable laws and locate required information within legal provisions.
- HS diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred;
- Previous experience in BPO or customer service and paralegal field is a plus;
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting legal language
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
