The property coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a property, including maintenance, tenant relations, and administrative tasks.

Property Coordinator Duties

  1. Coordinate the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of properties
  2. Communicate with property owners, tenants, and contractors
  3. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
  4. Maintain property records and documents
  5. Assist with budget planning and expense management for properties
  6. Handle tenant inquiries and complaints
  7. Coordinate repairs and maintenance for properties
  8. Assist with property marketing and advertising
  9. Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms
  10. Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance for properties

Property Coordinator Requirements

  1. Coordinate with property managers and vendors to ensure timely completion of property maintenance and repairs
  2. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management
  3. Assist with budgeting and financial planning for property expenses
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with tenants and handle any complaints or issues
  5. Work closely with leasing agents to ensure properties are occupied and rent is collected on time
