The property coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a property, including maintenance, tenant relations, and administrative tasks.
Property Coordinator Duties
- Coordinate the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of properties
- Communicate with property owners, tenants, and contractors
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain property records and documents
- Assist with budget planning and expense management for properties
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for properties
- Assist with property marketing and advertising
- Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms
- Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance for properties
Property Coordinator Requirements
- Coordinate with property managers and vendors to ensure timely completion of property maintenance and repairs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning for property expenses
- Manage and maintain relationships with tenants and handle any complaints or issues
