About the role: The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting students for whom English is a second language, fostering language development, and ensuring academic success. Key responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging EAL lessons to primary/secondary students, tailored to their language proficiency levels; creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages language acquisition and cultural understanding; and collaborating with classroom teachers to integrate language support within the mainstream curriculum. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and have a teaching certification and/or qualification in EAL/ESL. Proven experience in teaching English as a second language to primary/secondary students is essential.
