Overview The VMware Consultant - Arabic - NSX Administrator plays a crucial role in the organization by providing technical expertise in VMware NSX administration and support while also being fluent in Arabic to cater to clients in Arabic-speaking regions. This role is essential in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of VMware NSX solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain VMware NSX infrastructure
- Provide technical consultancy and support for NSX solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot NSX infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with clients to understand their networking requirements
- Design, implement, and manage NSX security policies and rules
- Assist in the development and deployment of NSX virtual networks
- Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization of NSX environment
- Offer technical training and guidance to clients on NSX usage and best practices
- Document NSX configurations, processes, and procedures
- Participate in project planning and execution for NSX deployments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- VMware certification such as VCP-NV or VCAP-NV
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
- 3+ years of experience in VMware NSX administration
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Proven track record in troubleshooting complex NSX issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience with VMware vSphere and vCenter Server
- Understanding of security best practices in NSX environments
