Position: Phlebotomy Nurse We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Phlebotomy Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and phlebotomy, with experience in Qatar. As a Phlebotomy Nurse at Seed Health and Wellness Center, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and ensuring efficient and professional blood sample collection. Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and safe blood sample collection, including venipuncture and other phlebotomy techniques.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and documentation of blood specimens.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the medical team to support comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Educate patients about the procedures and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and MOPH guidelines.
• Manage and maintain the functionality of phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
• Assist with other nursing duties as assigned.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.

• Valid Registered Nurse license from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) in Qatar is a plus.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of phlebotomy and nursing experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Experience in functional medicine or holistic care is a plus.

• Expertise in phlebotomy techniques and procedures.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort and understanding.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using Odoo or other EMR systems is a plus.

• Certifications in phlebotomy or related fields are highly advantageous.
