Shelter Group is looking for a Contracts Manager - Arabic to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor overall dynamics of active contracts in terms of cost and time, extension of time requests, close outs, contracts management, and coordination with unit managers in charge for necessary inputs.
- Ensure timely periodic contracts billing administration and submissions as per agreed milestones/method in coordination with unit managers in charge.
- Monitor and prepare commercial proposals/offers to all clients.
- Assist other departments' requirements (PM, DC, Engineers, etc.).
- Coordinate with external legal offices or internal resources for contracts cases and contractual legal efforts related to customer contracts.
- Upon signature of contracts, ensure all legalities, verify documents compliance, and authorized signatories for legal documents.
