IT Assistant

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Information Technology in an upscale 5-star hotel/resort environment. The candidate should have strong exposure to handling busy operations and dealing with high-profile and diverse clientele. They must be courteous, able to work with minimal supervision, discreet, and capable of handling a high level of confidentiality. The candidate should be extremely proactive, outgoing, charismatic, and approachable. Excellent spoken and written English is required. The candidate must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be a great team player with a concern for quality, while possessing the following core competencies:
- Experience in Property Management System, preferably OPERA
- Desktop Management and Troubleshooting
- Printer Management and Troubleshooting
