Projects include traditional, design & build, and other formats of national and international importance.Due to growth, a 'Contracts Manager' is needed to oversee projects in public and private sectors in Dublin & Leinster.Contracts Manager Responsibilities:Several years of site/project management experience, with five years at Contracts/Project Manager level.Full responsibility for successful project delivery in terms of time scale and commercial aspects, managing three projects concurrently.Must have effective motivational attributes, proven managerial skills, strong commercial awareness, and a track record of safe & efficient project delivery.Drive to be part of the senior management team with promotion prospects based on performance.Would suit existing Contracts Managers or experienced Project Managers looking for progression. Also open to candidates returning from the UK or overseas.
