Our client, a top international firm based in Dublin 2, is looking for a Legal Executive with experience in Property to join their growing team. This role reports to a Partner in the area and will offer experience working with developers, housing bodies, and government agencies. The role will suit someone with 4 years+ experience as a legal executive, who also has strong property and conveyancing experience. Please note that although the firm is open to hybrid working in the long term, candidates would be needed in the office full time during the probation period.Salary: to €50kBenefits: Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Hybrid working, Annual Salary Reviews, Life Insurance, Income protection, and more.Duties:Managing sales files from start to finish of the sales processWorking in a team environment and liaising throughout with clients, agents, and banksPreparing booklets of title and ancillary documents for the saleDrafting contracts and issuing to purchasers' solicitorsAddressing queries from purchasers' solicitorsPreparing Replies to Requisitions on titleArranging completions and carrying out closingsMaintaining trackers of progress on salesPreparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land RegistryDealing with any post-completion matters such as outstanding undertakings or queriesUpdating spreadsheetsOther administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested.Experience:At least 4 years relevant experience in the area of property, working as a legal executive.Experience with new build conveyancing is a plus.Experience dealing with high volume residential deals would be a plus.Experience dealing directly with clients.If this Legal Executive Job sounds like YOU, call Cormac Spencer on 01 845 4651.
