My client is looking for a Financial Controller to join their Leadership Team and lead the financial strategy while ensuring seamless financial operations across all departments. This exciting role is key to driving business growth and making a real impact on the company's overall direction.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review financial reports, including performance analysis and cash flow monitoring.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.Prepare business cases and financial proposals for review by senior stakeholders.Provide financial insights and technical guidance to support the wider team.Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives.Ideal CandidateACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA Qualified with 5 years PQE.Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven experience developing professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.People management experience.Organised with an ability to work to deadlines.Strong decision-making skills.Strong IT skills.
