We are committed to continuous investment in learning and technology solutions, ensuring our team is equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:Administer a portfolio of private equity and real estate funds, providing services in accordance with administration agreements.Lead and develop a small team of supervisors, senior, and junior administrators.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within your portfolio.Maintain shareholder registers and act as transfer agent.Process and confirm subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and transfers.Communicate regularly with investors and address any inquiries.Handle payments and other transactions.Perform all investor-related services for the company's investment fund clients.Ensure fund participants' expectations are met, deadlines are adhered to, and fund rules and representations are followed.Oversee the daily maintenance of data and records for the Investor Relations Group, ensuring efficient filing and maintenance of transaction and investor records.Update investor records in transfer agency systems, performing periodic database updates and management.Assist auditors, fund participants, and advisers as needed.QualificationsAbout You:A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related area.7+ years of experience in an investor relations environment, ideally in private equity and/or hedge funds.Strong interest in financial markets, hedge funds, and the private equity industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.If you are interested in making this position yours, please contact Anthony, or click apply below.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance
