We are seeking a Head of IT & Systems to drive the evolution of our IT infrastructure, security protocols, and systems innovation.
This role demands an experienced leader with a robust technical foundation and the ability to align IT strategies with our business objectives.
About the Role
The Head of IT will lead the development, delivery, and support of IT systems, including infrastructure and business applications. They will drive the continuous development of the IT Strategy plan and its execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the IT department, providing an excellent level of service to the organization in line with business needs and industry best practices.
Lead a team of 10+ skilled IT professionals, including various team leads.
Make strategic decisions on IT infrastructure and operations.
Oversee daily operations and collaborate with C-level executives and external partners.
Develop and implement the IT Strategy.

Job Title: Head of IT
Salary: €90k - €100k base + 20% bonus + health + pension, South Dublin based, 3 days onsite.
