Interior Project Designer (Commercial Fit-Out)

工作職責 Responsibilities :

- Handle project from design stage to construction stage ;

- Prepare full set of construction drawing and shop drawing ;

- Project liaison and coordination with clients, consultants,

vendors and subcontractors; - Meeting with Client,

Designer, Consultants etc.

Requirements :

- Degree or Diploma holder in Interior Design ;

- Positive Minded, Self-Motivated, Detail-oriented and Hardworking is MUST ;

- Good Communication Skill (Speaking and Writing) with

Cantonese, Mandarin and English - Certificate from

Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or

Architecture ;

- 1 to 3 years or above relevant work experience ;

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, MS office,

Photoshop and Illustrator ;

- Construction Site Access is needed ;

- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM will be an

advantage ;

Immediately available will be an advantage
