LPG Specialist is responsible for managing sales, dealers, sub dealers, transporters and providing exceptional customer service to household, commercial, and industrial clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the household, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Customer Care:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Educate customers on the safe use and benefits of LPG products.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of LPG products.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the delivery process.
- Dealer and Transporter Management:
- Manage relationships with dealers, subdealers, and transporters to ensure safe, effective, and efficient distribution.
- Oversee the performance and compliance of dealers and transporters, including health, safety, security, and environment.
- Conduct regular site visits to dealers and subdealers to ensure standards are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage and manage relationships with statutory and regulatory bodies such as MUT, BOMBA, Local Councils, and KPDN.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Work closely with Terminal Operations, Bottling Plants, Finance, and the LPG Supply Department to ensure seamless operations.
- Audits and Reporting:
- Lead and schedule regular audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel is required for site visits to dealers and subdealers.
- Travel to various locations for stakeholder meetings and audits.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the LPG or energy sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to LPG is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
