Due to our continued growth, we are accepting applications for experienced Senior Control Systems Engineers to join our growing team in Perth. Our current projects include design, construction, commissioning, and optimisation for brownfield and greenfield mining, materials handling, mineral processing and port facilities across multiple commodities including iron ore, gold, salt, coal and nickel. We are looking for engineering professionals with experience in a design and execution team. New Zealand and interstate candidates are encouraged to apply. Our ideal candidates will have the following: An Engineering degree or similar tertiary qualifications Experience in Australian Iron Ore mining projects / operations Demonstrated experience working in a project environment for either a systems integrator, OEM or an EPCM Relevant PLC programming experience (e.g. Rockwell, Schneider, GE/Emerson) Relevant SCADA programming experience (e.g. Citect, Factory Talk View, Wonderware, Cimplicity) An ability to interpret electrical schematics and develop control systems designs based on these and other design inputs Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills An ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, in writing and in person Good organisational, time management and decision-making capabilities Desirable additional skills/experience: Bulk materials handling Mineral processing plants Mobile machines: stackers, reclaimers, shiploaders and associated stockyard systems Other relevant technology related skills. For example, knowledge of IT/OT network design concepts, virtualised computing environments, advanced Microsoft Windows and Office capabilities, other programming skills (e.g. VBA, Powershell, C, Python etc.) Functional safety qualifications and/or experience How to express your interest Would like to join the team?
