WORK IN KL - Product Manager (IT Software/E-invoicing) – Up to RM 9,000
- Position: WORK IN KL - Product Manager (IT Software/E-invoicing) – Up to RM 9,000
- Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to MYR 9,000 + Performance Bonus + Transport Claimable + Up to 14 Days Annual Leaves + 14 Days Medical Leaves + Medical Coverage Healthcare

- Develop and manage product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Singapore and Malaysia
- Refine products based on customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy e-invoicing solutions
- Drive process innovation and optimization for product scalability
- Analyze product performance and implement continuous improvements
- Provide technical support and gather feedback from Sales and Partnership teams
- Maintain documentation and best practices for e-invoicing deployment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, preferably with 3-5 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in product management , preferably in the e-invoicing.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., IMDA, IRAS, LHDN, PEPPOL).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, feedback, and product performance data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
