Salary: $74,000 to $75,000 Plus 11.5% Superannuation

Hours: 38 hours

Mode: Full time

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT and software projects. Your contributions will directly impact our clients’ success by optimizing their systems and processes.

The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design effective IT solutions.
• Create detailed reports after client meetings to ensure clear communication and actionable outcomes.
• Gather user requirements, prepare documentation, and design tailored solutions for clients.
• Plan upgrades and migrations for server environments to maintain optimal system performance.
• Perform system testing, document results, and maintain a robust knowledge base for clients and internal teams.
• Act as a liaison between clients and developers, ensuring timely implementation of project requirements.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analyses, and requirements gathering to document current and future state systems.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and work closely with IT teams to implement system upgrades and new features.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on new systems and processes.
• Monitor client system performance, assess risks, and recommend optimizations to improve IT security and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process automation to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on ICT-related matters, ensuring alignment with industry trends and innovations.

• Proven experience in business analysis or a related IT role.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, software development, and infrastructure management.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current ICT trends, process automation, and workflow optimization.
• Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
