Job Description
As a Marketing Executive , you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives, ensuring brand visibility, and supporting the growth of our client base. This role involves a multifaceted approach, including strategic planning, agency management, and hands-on execution to achieve marketing objectives. Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to reach healthcare providers effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with SEO and social media agencies to optimize online presence and visibility.
- Provide clear briefs and guidelines to agencies for the effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate agency performance against predefined KPIs.
- Oversee the implementation of SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms to foster brand awareness.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute B2B marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Ensure alignment of marketing materials with the brand identity and messaging strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimizations as needed.
- Contribute to lead generation initiatives to drive new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
- Implement effective follow-up strategies to maintain client engagement.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Manage the selection and production of giveaways, aligning with marketing campaign objectives.
- Oversee the printing of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
