The Role Reporting to the company's directors, you will be responsible for providing the overall direction and leadership of the office. You will play a pivotal role in influencing their forward workload from scoping projects through to managing the team's design deliverables. Offering a diverse portfolio, you will utilise your engineering background to provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle. With a strategic focus, this is a great role to further develop established client relationships and commercial decisions to contribute to the overall success of the business. About You With a people focus and strong communication skills, you will be able to work with a range of stakeholders and oversee project delivery milestones. Coming from an engineering background, you'll hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have strong experience in managing projects throughout their full design lifecycle. This may see you coming from a background in energy, food & beverage, dairy, or oil & gas, seeking the opportunity to progress into a leadership position, or coming from a similar role wanting to join a tight-knit specialist team.
