Cybersecurity Engineer

Important Note : THIS JOB REQUIRES RELOCATION TO QATAR. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to safeguard our company’s data, network, and systems from threats. You will be responsible for implementing security measures, conducting threat analyses, and responding to breaches. The ideal candidate will stay updated on the latest security trends, best practices, and have hands-on experience with security tools. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor security protocols to protect systems and networks.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Monitor security breaches and investigate incidents.
• Implement encryption, firewalls, and other security measures.
• Conduct regular audits of systems to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure applications and infrastructure.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
• Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to security threats.
