Senior Supervisor, Demand Planning (6 Months)

• Execute demand planning process, validate the forecast and manage future demand.
• Drive forecast accuracy through analysis of historical stores’ ordering quantities.
• Responsible for inventory management, regular review in stock level for effective demand planning, optimize inventory levels and minimize write off. Develops and maintain supply sustainability programs and initiatives.
• Work closely with various departments to support launching of new products or promotion products or ad hoc promotion.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform deep analytical dives into problems to troubleshoot and identify root causes and come up with solutions. Provide expertise in going through solution options to establish problem scope.
• Work closely with key business stakeholders and sales team to deliver insights, reports visualization, analysis, and predictive models to optimize business growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree/degree/diploma in business or supply chain management.
• 1 year & above experience.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Possess mathematical aptitude and sensitivity to trends.
• Highly analytical skills with statistical knowledge.
• Good MS Office user knowledge and SAP skills.
• Independent working method and proactive communication skills.
