Account cum Finance Executive

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to support and strengthen our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting, with a proven track record of managing a full set of accounts and preparing for annual audits. Familiarity with UBS, SQL, ERP systems, or other accounting tools, as well as experience in cash flow forecasting and stock control, is highly valued. A proactive mindset for problem-solving and process improvement, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, is essential for this role. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Managing the full set of accounts , including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable
• Ensuring timely monthly and annual account closures with accurate reconciliations
• Preparing clear, detailed, and accurate financial reports for management review
• Maintaining effective stock control with proper tracking and reconciliation
• Preparing and organizing documents for audit processes and working with auditors
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements
• Acting as the primary point of contact for managing financial records and reporting using accounting software
• Monitoring and forecasting cash flow, budgets, and financial projections
• Collaborating effectively within a team while working independently on assigned tasks
• Adapting to evolving tasks and priorities as needed to support business goals

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling full set accounts and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting tools, including SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with stock control and audit preparation
• Excellent attention to detail , strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to challenges
