AI & Machine Learning Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy ML and AI models, including NLP, computer vision, and generative AI solutions. Implement innovative Gen AI applications, such as automated claims processing and chatbot solutions, utilizing tools like RAGs, LLMs, and OCR. Data Infrastructure & Analysis: Architect scalable data ecosystems, including data lakes, pipelines, and real-time streaming solutions. Leverage cloud technologies like Azure and AWS for enhanced data management and processing. Develop advanced analytics and visualization using Power BI and Tableau. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. Conduct workshops and mentor executives and teams to foster a data-driven culture. Team Leadership & Development: Lead teams across diverse geographies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering innovation. Act as a Scrum Master for multiple projects, ensuring agile methodologies and timely delivery. Digital Transformation: Spearhead initiatives to integrate AI and data science into organizational workflows for efficiency gains. Execute end-to-end digital transformation projects, leveraging technologies like Databricks, Azure ML, and cloud analytics. Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of advancements in AI, contributing to open-source projects and creating tools like AutoWave. Present at international conferences, sharing expertise on generative AI and other emerging technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python, R, Java, and SQL. Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Langchain. Skilled in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases (Snowflake, MongoDB), and visualization tools. Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama3), and text-to-SQL models. Expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms. Preferred Certification List: Microsoft Azure AI Engineer (AI-102). Sun Certified Java Professional. Certified Data Scientist (CollaberaTACT). Additional Contributions: Published research in voice-based classification and anomaly detection.
