Cape Agulhas Municipality invites eligible South African students to submit applications for the Bursary Programme for the academic year 2025. Bursary application closing date is 17 January 2025 The Cape Agulhas Municipality Bursary Programme is now open for applications for the 2025 academic year. This opportunity is available to students who reside within the Cape Agulhas municipal area (Western Cape) and wish to study towards a qualification in one of the specified fields of study.

- Town and Regional Planning
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this bursary, applicants must meet the following requirements:- South African citizenship.
- Residency in the Cape Agulhas municipal area (Western Cape).
- Completion of Matric.
- Current or planned registration for studies in 2025 within one of the listed fields at a recognized South African tertiary institution.
- Proven financial need (household income must not exceed R20,000 per month).
- Submission of all required supporting documents.
- Submit the following supporting documentation (certified copies):
- South African ID
- Matric results or certificate
- Latest academic progress report
- Proof of admission or application to a tertiary institution
- Motivational letter
- Proof of parent/guardian’s income
- Proof of residence within the Cape Agulhas area
