We’re Hiring for my Client: Head of Corporate Social Responsibility Location: Devanahalli, Bengaluru (work from office only) CTC: up to 70 LPA (including 15% variable) Experience: 18+ Years Are you passionate about driving sustainable community development while leading impactful CSR initiatives? Join my client as their Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and be at the forefront of transformative change. About the Role As the Head of CSR, you will design, implement, and oversee innovative CSR strategies aligned with our vision and statutory requirements. You’ll lead initiatives in education, healthcare, skill development, and environmental sustainability while fostering partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders. What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute CSR strategy to drive measurable community impact.
• Oversee program implementation, fund management, and compliance with statutory requirements
• Lead and mentor the CSR team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with community leaders, local authorities, and industry stakeholders.
• Document and showcase CSR success stories across platforms.

What they are Looking For

• A Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 18+ years of CSR/development sector experience (5+ years in leadership).
• Expertise in CSR laws, program design, and large-scale project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CSR project management tools.
• Knowledge of Kannada (preferred).
