Job description D3 Technology Consulting LLC seeks a qualified professional to join their dynamic team as ECW (eClinicalWorks) trainer Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an ECW Trainer at D3 Technology Consulting. The ECW Trainer will be responsible for providing training on eClinicalWorks software, conducting virtual training sessions, and assisting users in learning how to use the system effectively. Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions on a regular basis for existing and new users, address technical issues and user enquiries promptly. Act as primary point of contact for ECW-training related questions. Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides and reference documents. Ensure all staff are proficient in utilizing ECW to its full potential. Qualifications
- Experience in training on eClinicalWorks software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems
- Experience in healthcare IT is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems or related field
