Senior Associate

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Associate at The Unlimited Child . This position is part of a structured career progression plan that allows the Senior Associate to quickly gain exposure to executive leadership, offering substantial growth and learning opportunities to accelerate career development within The Unlimited Child . If you have the following:

1. Honours/master’s degree in science, Engineering, Accounting or Business disciplines.
2. At least 5 years relevant experience, with a proven track record of success.
3. Ability to confidently work with high-net-worth individuals, family trusts, philanthropists, and the corporate sector.
4. Knowledge of the non-profit sector’s legal, compliance, and ethical standards an advantage.
5. Fundraising and Resourcefulness: Proven capacity to raise funds and ensure financial stability.
6. People Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
7. Community Engagement: Strong presence and engagement with community stakeholders.
8. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial management and understanding of non-profit accounting.
