IT Manager - Manama - SADAD Electronic Payment System B.S.C Closed
SADAD Electronic Payment System B.S.C Closed Manama As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the IT Department.Key Responsibilities:
- Line manage employees within the IT Department
- Define training requirements for IT employees and ensure adequate cover during holidays and sickness
- Ensure maximum availability of IT systems and infrastructure, minimizing outages and optimizing performance
- Develop and manage business development plans, performance, and service delivery improvement plans in alignment with the company's overall strategy
- Implement processes and systems to acquire, use, and store physical and electronic data and information meeting legislative and internal requirements
- Oversee security and protection of electronic information, securing access to systems and networks
- Manage the IT department's budget and ensure the integrity and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain an IT strategy aligning IT to business requirements
- Ensure the IT department is structured to deliver project activity in a reliable and timely fashion
- Monitor trends and changes in technology and the IT industry, keeping the management team informed
Desired Candidate Profile
