Service Manager/Assistant Service Manager - Manama - Jobtrack Management Services
Jobtrack Management Services Manama We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager/Assistant Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement service strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service operations.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a service management role in the GCC region.
- Valid GCC driving license.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
