We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong on-set presence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-focused, and able to maintain composure under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate respectfully with other departments to achieve seamless production workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring smooth operational processes.
- Demonstrate impeccable on-set etiquette and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure casting requirements are fully understood and met during productions.
- Stay attentive to every detail, ensuring that all aspects of the shoot are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Manage shoot schedules and logistical requirements with precision and attention to detail.
- Act quickly and effectively to resolve any production issues that arise, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Anticipate potential challenges and plan contingencies to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Utilize Excel for scheduling, budgeting, and data tracking, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, offering valuable input and updates on production progress.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Excel and other project management tools.

- Prior experience in a production or assistant role is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with casting requirements and on-set operations.
