Responsibilities

Update and maintain accurate customer information within our database.
Organize and manage data related to orders, deliveries, and customer interactions.
Review, verify, and correct outdated or incomplete records.
Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity.
Input text and numerical data with precision and attention to detail.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Ensure all data entry tasks are completed efficiently, identifying and correcting any errors.
Assist the customer service team by managing data and supporting customer inquiries when necessary.
Oversee customer data across various systems and channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
A genuine love for pets and natural products!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
A problem-solving attitude, ready to take initiative and find solutions.
