Role Description We are seeking dynamic and motivated Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will provide expert advice and tailored property solutions to clients, guiding them through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Positions are available for both Off-Plan and Ready Property Consultants . Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities
- Conduct market research and property analysis to meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service
- Manage property viewings and negotiations
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Utilize digital platforms and social media for marketing properties
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai or 5 years of residency in Dubai
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong digital marketing and social media knowledge
- Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Exceptional organizational and networking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Preferred: Western-educated candidates or Russian, Italian, German, Korean, or Chinese-speaking professionals
- Customer Service expertise
- Training abilities in real estate sales
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
