The Opportunity: Seeking a meticulous and expert Senior Engineer - Site Reliability to build and support the Presight delivery model that empowers product & technology teams to develop & deliver high-quality products, improve platform infrastructure and strengthen the reliability of products and solutions. You play a key role in defining & establishing the delivery model deployed in the development of cutting edge, next-gen analytics solutions & services at Presight.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a positive SRE culture that promotes frequent releases, high levels of automation, and software reliability.
Lead and troubleshoot high priority incidents impacting the organization, providing timely support to quickly resolve critical incidents.
Identify application patterns & analytics in support of better service level objectives while integrating self-service & resiliency patterns.
Review and modify CI/CD principles and service maturity iteratively, striving for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to propose, architect and implement innovative & transformational solutions for Presight.
Champion SRE approaches across strategic systems to predict & prevent disruptive events and improve the availability of solutions.
Design & enable automated change, release and upgrade management practices across existing products & solutions.
Ensure compliance with defined IT governance controls, standards, and practices.
Improve service availability and scalability through tuning, automation, tools, and process.
Manage 24X7 on-call support.
Analyze service performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide measurable improvement plans.
Serve as primary point of contact for all matters concerning the customer and develop a trusted advisor relationship with executive sponsors by understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in CI/CD tools and DevOps processes.
Kubernetes cluster deployment and upgrade is must.
Cloud Linux Kubernetes python hands on is must.
CI/CD tools and DevOps processes good to have.
Azure or any public cloud experience is required.
At least 3 years of experience in architectural knowledge and understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.

Ideally, you'll also need:

A highly detail-oriented and methodical approach to problem solving.
A passion for technology, troubleshooting and customer service.
A strongly analytical mind.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
