- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Learn details about our product and service offerings.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities.
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Track and document calls and sales.
- Help the sales team by contacting customers for sales, deliveries, and arranging appointments.
- Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates.
- Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check that the orders have the correct prices and discounts.
- Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Make the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Assign territories and quotas to company sales staff.
- Enter order information into the company database.
- Answer client questions regarding their account or sales products.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical) or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales and tele sales.
- Sales Engineer / Coordinator/Associates working experience in industrial parts, gas equipment sales, or HVAC while managing a trading company.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- UAE driving license (Mandatory).
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

- Sales Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred).
- Tele Sales, Back Office Operation: 2 years (Preferred).
- Preparation of Proposals: 2 years (Preferred).
- MS Office, ERP, Excel: 2 years (Preferred).
