AX CAPITAL is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and is seeking experienced Real Estate Agents with a proven track record in property sales and client management. This role offers the opportunity to join a reputable organization with strong ties to top developers and a dynamic, collaborative work environment. Main Purpose The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for driving property sales by engaging with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The role demands professionalism, market knowledge, and a strong client-focused approach to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
  2. Sales Excellence: Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring all transactions align with their requirements.
  3. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
  4. Transaction Management: Facilitate property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions with the support of a dedicated director.
  5. Lead Management: Handle high-quality leads to maximize sales opportunities and performance.
Qualifications Knowledge and Skills:
  1. Real Estate Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and its dynamics.
  2. Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  3. Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to cater to diverse client needs.
  4. CRM Tools Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools preferably Bitrix 24 and platforms to manage leads and transactions effectively.
  5. Market Awareness: Familiarity with real estate trends, buyer behavior, and property categories, including luxury and off-plan properties.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Collaborative approach with excellent team-working skills.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Demonstrated success in handling property transactions in Abu Dhabi.
