We are looking for Customer Service Representatives and Supervisors for our cleaning and hospitality company. Interested individuals are encouraged to glance through the role's minimum requirements and its duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities and Duties - Customer Service

  1. Attract potential customers by answering service inquiries and providing information about other services.
  2. Provide accurate information to the customer and ensure that the customer understands.
  3. Maintain customers’ information by updating their records.
  4. Resolve service problems by clarifying complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting the correction and adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  5. Advise financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  6. Recommend services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  7. Ensure that customer data is keyed-in correctly in the system.
  8. Ensure that the information received from the customer is accurate before payment is processed.
  9. Generate the correct invoice for the right customer.
  10. Ensure the correct amount of payment is received from the customer.
  11. Maintain good working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  12. Ensure the company reputation by providing excellent customer service.
  13. Perform any other related tasks as requested by management.

Job Responsibilities for Supervisor

  • Supervise and lead the service team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Handle customer service inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Train, mentor, and develop your team to enhance their skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain service policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues and improve service.
  • Prepare and analyze daily reports.
  • Ensure the service area is well-maintained and operates smoothly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service quality.
  • Perform any other related tasks as requested by management.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
