We take well-being very seriously and are committed to offering a great work-life balance for all our Associates.Responsibilities:Provide high level solution designs that are aligned to TJX Architecture and Design standardsConduct in depth technical analysis and POCs where required on complex requirementsSupport the Dev Leads in converting the high level designs into detail design documentsProvide functional and technical domain expertise on Oracle Retail SolutionsCollaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure right solutions are designed meeting Business needs.Ability to understand the work environment and competing priorities in conjunction with developing/meeting project goals.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent10 - 12 years of software engineering experienceHands on experience with Oracle retail applications (RMS, RPM, ReSA, REIM) along with good technical and functional understanding.Hands-on experience in building scalable technical solutions involving Oracle Retail (On Prem or SAAS)Experience in programming using: Pro C and PL/SQLExperience in scripting languages using: Unix shell scripting.Experience in database query language such as: OracleExperience in working with various Integration Patterns (API, Point to Point, Pub Sub etc)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong critical thinking & influencing skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsShows a positive, open-minded and can-do attitudeNice to Have Skills:Java, Java scriptIntegration tool like ACE, Dell Boomi, Kafka & TalendOracle APEX
