As the CTO, you will lead the technical operations of the team, driving innovation in vehicle performance, R&D, and operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, engineers, and technical partners, you will shape and implement strategies to ensure the team remains competitive in the fast-evolving world of Motorsport. • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the team’s long-term technical roadmap, aligning innovation with competitive goals and sustainability objectives.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical specialists across powertrain development, aerodynamics, and vehicle dynamics.
• R&D Oversight: Drive research and development of cutting-edge EV technologies, focusing on power efficiency, battery management, and lightweight materials.
• Performance Optimization: Collaborate with race engineers to analyse data and implement performance-enhancing solutions during testing, qualifying, and race events.
• Technical Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, suppliers, and technology partners to integrate advanced solutions and secure competitive advantages.
• Compliance: Ensure all developments comply with FIA technical regulations and standards.
• Budget Management: Oversee the technical department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet performance and development goals.

• Extensive experience in automotive, ideally within electric vehicle or hybrid powertrain environments.
• Deep knowledge of EV systems, including powertrains, energy recovery systems, and battery technology.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for sustainability and the electrification of motorsport.
• Flexibility to travel extensively and work irregular hours as required by the race calendar.
