Company: Emirates Logistics LLC Monthly Salary: AED 3500 + Live out allowance AED 850 + Food Allowance AED 206.25 Additional benefits include once in 2 years air ticket to home country, annual leaves, medical insurance, and company transportation.Skills:

Description:
- Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) related matters in the facility.
- Prepare and maintain H&S checklist identified in the facility.
- Ensure all workers are wearing proper PPE.
- Enforce timeliness and discipline during break times.
- Conduct daily rounds of the facility to identify abnormalities and hazards; coordinate with supervisors for corrective action.
- Maintain discipline and harmony in the facility in coordination with supervisors and management.
- Report any indiscipline, disruptive, or dishonest conduct by workers to management.
- Assist in conducting periodic H&S training and safety awareness for all staff, including Safety Induction training.
- Assist in recording incident and accident reports.
- Inspect, maintain, and keep records of safety equipment and tools; arrange for periodic checkup and repair.
- Manage First Aid kits, keeping stock and records; ensure daily replenishment and provide First Aid to staff.
- Participate in conducting evacuation drills and lead emergency evacuation with the designated team.
- Ensure emergency exit doors are well maintained.
- Monitor high-risk activities in the facility.
- Implement proper waste management and housekeeping systems in workplaces, maintaining social hygiene.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the department head as needed.
