*Only candidates with experience in private equity will be considered* We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager with a strong background in Private Equity, Investment Companies, or Finance Projects for one of our clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting while driving key investment decisions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strategic insight, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management and Reporting:

  • Oversee and prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance against projections and analyze variances.
  • Create comprehensive financial models and valuation reports.
Private Equity/Investment Oversight:
  • Conduct due diligence for potential investments and acquisitions.
  • Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and provide insights for improvement.
  • Support fundraising activities by preparing financial presentations and investor reports.
Budgeting and Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead annual budgeting processes and quarterly re-forecasting.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving profitability and optimizing costs.
Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors as required.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior management and operational teams to drive business growth.
  • Represent the finance team in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant masters degree is a plus.
Certifications:
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum [5-10] years of experience in Finance, including roles in Private Equity , Investment Companies, or Finance Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of investment principles, valuation techniques, and financial modeling.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with financial modeling tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in structuring and managing large-scale investment projects.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-border transactions or complex financial deals.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and tax structures.
