We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment, with a preference for those who have worked in shopping malls. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and other appliances.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Maintain a record of all repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance tasks.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician in a Facilities Management company.
- Experience in a shopping mall environment is an added advantage.
- Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing various types of kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices related to kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
